The most important issue with fractional CO2 laser treatments is the depth of penetration combined with the homogeneous energy distribution of the treatment spot. High peak power and a small treatment spot guarantee excellent results and short healing times.

Fractional laser is not a one-off treatment and requires a whole series to be performed in the office. Depending on the patient's ailment, two to four treatments are used to smooth out wrinkles, and a minimum of five treatments are needed to get rid of scars and stretch marks that are deeper than wrinkles.
Before the treatment, the skin is cleansed and disinfected, and only then is the skin treated with the laser. After this part, the practitioner applies a soothing mask to the patient's skin. The entire procedure lasts between 30 minutes and an hour. The treatment may take longer if the skin area is larger or if the laser is used on more than one part of the body. The treatment is painful and discomfort is still felt for another four hours afterwards.

Laser therapy is not recommended for patients taking photosensitising drugs, blood thinners, steroids - both topical and general, antibiotics (one month's withdrawal from antibiotic therapy is required), alcohol-based cosmetics, vitamin A or retinol. Finally, it is also advisable to abstain from alcohol consumption a minimum of 24 hours before the treatment.
The fractional laser is a popular device used by dermatologists and aesthetic medicine specialists. It is an effective tool in the fight against ageing, hyperpigmentation and various types of scarring, and is widely used in the removal of acne scars. The laser beam uses the phenomenon of fractional photothermolysis to heat the water in the tissues and cause micro-damage to the skin. Characteristic of this device are the stamp-like marks on the skin. The laser stamps the skin place by place, but always around the burned tissue, leaving a strip of healthy skin to rebuild the damaged one.

Immediately after the treatment, the skin may be reddened , slightly painful or tender. The patient usually feels heat and a slight burning sensation. However, this condition is an expected effect of the treatment. In order to reduce any discomfort, the cosmetologist will apply a preparation to the treatment area to soothe the erythema and any swelling. After the treatment, you can return to your daily activities without any problems. However, special hygienic precautions must be taken. The skin should be treated with special cosmetics that speed up regeneration and bring relief, and it is essential to protect the skin from UV radiation. Intense exercise, saunas, swimming pools and long baths should also be avoided after the procedure. Sunbathing and tanning beds should also be avoided. During convalescence, we refrain from exfoliation, depilation and laser epilation treatments. We should maintain the highest possible hygiene and avoid rubbing the skin. Those with four-legged friends at home should also limit affection with their charges during this time.
After 3 to 4 days, a gentle peeling of the epidermis may occur.
After just 5-7 days, the patient notices a marked improvement in skin quality and can enjoy the effects of the therapy.
A treatment involving the injection of nutrients into the skin that are individually selected to meet the needs of the skin. patient. Disposable titanium cartridges are used for each treatment. The treatment is designed for very sensitive, thin, dry and over-reactive skin.
The most commonly used substances are hyaluronic acid, vitamin C and argireline. The advantage of the treatment is that, it can be performed year-round. A gentle peel formula designed to treat particularly sensitive skins. The Sensi Peel treatment aims to strengthen and brighten skin damaged by UVA/UVB rays and skin with hyperpigmentation. It also has an anti-inflammatory, anti-acne effect, prevents bacterial migration but also provides an excellent therapy for skin with rosacea and persistent erythema.

Ultra Peel 1
A special peel formula for the treatment of mature and dehydrated skin. Ultra Peel I is also used for different skin types with varying degrees of sensitivity. It is also helpful in the levelling of pigmentary disorders, lines and deeper wrinkles, signs of photo-ageing of the skin and acne lesions. Depending on the number of peel layers applied, moderate skin exfoliation is observed. After application of the peel, a significant improvement in skin density and tone, an increase in the degree of hydration and an even skin tone is observed.
The vitamin A content of the product enhances cell renewal, while at the same time L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C) strengthens the skin's repair and regeneration processes.

Therapy with Retinol
4% Pure Retinol Peel It is designed for all skin types, including sensitive skin. The use of 4% retinol has the effect of renewing the epidermis, reducing hyperpigmentation and supporting the production of collagen, elastin, which in turn has a firming effect on the skin.
6% Pure Retinol Peel is the highest concentration of pure retinol on the market, which effectively addresses signs of skin ageing, pigmentation disorders (melasma), UV damage as well as acne scars. The formulation also includes botanical ingredients to maximise penetration and promote safe exfoliation.
6% Pure Retinol Peel is for those with normal to resistant skin. The higher concentration of retinol guarantees effective action, even on very demanding skin.
Septoplasty - corrective surgery for a crooked nasal septum.
The aim of the procedure is to improve nasal patency by removing crooked cartilaginous fragments of the nasal septum. The procedure is performed under general anaesthesia, less commonly under local anaesthesia. It uses an intranasal technique, i.e. the incision is made at the border between the skin and the mucosa in the nasal cavity, and the scar is not visible afterwards. At the end of the procedure, sutures are placed over the incision made and separators are placed over the nasal septum. After the procedure, dressings are placed in the nasal passages, which make nasal breathing much more difficult. The dressings are removed 2 days after the procedure. The recovery period lasts about three weeks, during which time you should refrain from physical exertion, lifting or hot baths, and avoid eating hot food.
You should take proper care of your skin about 4-8 weeks before the treatment. The skin must not be irritated, there must be no pimples, active allergies or acne, burns or other such changes. A patient planning a laser treatment should think about it in advance, as the skin must not be tanned. The sun dries out and also irritates the epidermis, making it very sensitive. Prior to the procedure, a consultation is performed, during which an examination and discussion takes place regarding any preparation for the procedure, the description of the procedure.
